目前对复合绝缘子的热老化研究主要依赖试验方法进行,缺乏热老化过程中材料的微观动态变化认识。文章基于反应力场分子动力学方法,在微观原子层面对复合绝缘子的热解过程开展研究。研究发现,复合绝缘子热老化主要是硅橡胶材料发生Si-CH3、C-H、Si-O断裂,形成的产物主要包含了CH4、C2H4、H2和一些小分子硅氧烷。随着热解的持续,硅橡胶分子结构中新生成的Si-Si、Si-H键的数量不断上升,Si-Si键使得硅橡胶材料的交联度增加,Si-H键易水解形成OH。对老化后的硅橡胶进行介电常数计算发现 ...

针对某220 kV线路新投运复合绝缘子伞裙脱落断裂、硅橡胶材质分界缝隙与色泽分层问题,本文选取故障与正常样品,在常规断裂拉伸、热失重、扫描电镜等检测基础上,结合TGA-DSC联测、工业CT扫描、纳米压痕等新技术,开展了材料力学性能、材料组分与交联密度、微观形貌等方面的对比分析。力学性能分析表明,断裂伞裙拉伸强度、拉断伸长率不满足标准要求,硅橡胶分布、局部力学强度均匀性差;工业CT扫描发现芯棒内部、芯棒-护套处存在较多气隙,为出厂缺陷;热失重分析发现断裂部位PDMS含量显著下降且不均匀,属工艺不良问题 ...
