以新疆乌东矿矿井水为研究对象,采用Oddo-Tomson饱和指数法对矿井水中的CaCO3、CaSO4进行结垢趋势预测,并通过静态结垢实验研究了单一CaCO3垢、CaSO4垢及混合沉积垢在换热金属表面上的沉淀机制。实验还分析了不同工况下矿井水在金属表面的结垢规律、结垢物成分及形貌。结果表明:高矿化度矿井水中CaCO3成垢速度快,形成过程中基本观测不到诱导期,晶体主要由方解石和文石构成;而CaSO4成垢速度慢,静态实验中结垢诱导期为10 min,晶体呈针状。混合垢沉积过程中,成垢机制主要由CaCO3主导 ...

针对高温高压热采井套管失效概率高的问题,建立了含缺陷套管、水泥环和地层耦合系统有限元模型。将温度场与结构场耦合,并考虑套管强度降低,利用CAE技术计算了完整套管及缺陷套管的Von Mises应力、变形位移和塑性变形。计算得出在缺陷深度、缺陷环向开度、缺陷数量和缺陷环向分布4个结构参数中,套管缺陷深度和环向开度为影响套管强度的最敏感性参数,进行套管安全评定时建议将缺陷深度和缺陷环向开度作为缺陷最敏感性参数。研究结果可为套管安全评定奠定基础,并为揭示套管失效机理提供依据,对预防套损具有指导意义。

目前API标准规定的最高钢级钻杆——S135级钻杆的强度和韧度均不能满足超深井钻采的需要。为此,在高强度钻杆钢中添加微合金元素V、Nb配合控轧控冷技术,并调整调质热处理工艺,对比研究传统调质工艺和控制轧制调质工艺对该钢强度和韧度的影响。研究结果表明,经控制轧制后钢的晶粒度明显细化,使得强度和韧度得到明显的提高;Mo元素和Nb 、V微合金元素的碳化物在500 ℃以上会出现回火二次强化现象;加入Nb元素可降低2#钢板条的宽度,同时Mo元素和Nb、V微合金元素在钢中形成了不同于针状渗碳体的颗粒状和球状碳化物,
