为了解决稠油油藏采用注蒸汽开采方式存在的不足,在常规油水井不压井作业技术的基础上,研究开发了热采井不压井作业工艺技术。该技术主要由热采井不压井作业设备、井下封控技术和循环降温配套技术组成,通过封控技术实现井内注汽、循环降温和油层保护功能,减轻循环洗井冷却降温对地层造成的伤害;地面通过热采井不压井作业设备控制隔热管起下,提高施工的安全性。5口井的现场试验结果表明,采用该技术平均缩短注汽焖井转抽时间10 d,减少注汽损失10%,最大限度地保护了油气层。

鹤煤热电厂采用双流弱酸处理工艺处理循环冷却水补充水提高循环水的浓缩倍率,减少循环水的排污量,同时采用分级用水提高水的循环使用。根据工业废水性质采用不同的处理方法,使鹤煤热电厂达到了废水零排放目标。
