基于改进熵权法的DPV电能质量评估

由于传统电能质量评估方法无法体现"分布式"特征,难以评估分布式光伏电能质量。为了解决这一问题,首先对主观赋权法和客观赋权法进行综合比较,提出采用熵权法进行赋权。然后引入改进AHP和指标极化处理,对熵权法进行改进。建立涵盖输入、过程和输出3方面的指标体系,采用改进熵权法进行评估。实例表明,改进熵权法能较为充分地利用实测的小样本数据,能较好地体现"分布式"特征,可以为分布式光伏电能质量评估提供参考。

弹簧势能的可靠储存是保障断路器后续分合闸操作正确的前提。通过分析控制回路、电机、传动部件和弹簧之间的能量转换和传递关系,提出一种电—振信号熵权特征联合的断路器储能机构故障类型辨识方法。首先利用希尔伯特变换(Hilbert transform)提取储能电机电流信号包络时域特征并计算峭度;然后由局部均值分解(LMD)处理断路器储能过程伴随的振动信号得到乘积函数分量(PF),并提取PF能量谱频域的盒维数特征;进而采用熵权法对电流和振动信号待分类样本进行剪辑,按照样本信息量和重要性赋予对应的权重 ...

考虑动态赋权的江水源热泵供能系统模糊综合评价方法研究 [PDF]

针对当前江水源热泵供能系统评价指标体系单一、赋权忽略动态变化及定性指标无法量化等问题,通过分析江水源热泵供能系统的工作原理及运行特点,从技术、经济及环保三个方面构建了江水源热泵技术经济综合评价指标体系。文中采用模糊评价方法量化定性指标,并通过层次分析法-熵值赋权法获得评价指标体系组合权重。考虑到江水源热泵供能系统在不同场景运行下的权值动态变化,提出基于动态赋权的权值动态修正方法,实现评价指标的动态赋权。针对长江沿岸地区某江水源热泵供能系统进行评价方法的应用,验证了该评价方法与实际情况相符。
