液滴传质过程Marangoni对流的引发 [PDF]

对在丙酮-甲苯-水体系中由于传质而引发的Marangoni效应进行数值模拟,比较了二维和三维模型模拟计算结果的差异,主要考察丙酮相对质量浓度、界面平均流动速度等参数在传质过程中的变化。结果表明,两种模型计算结果差异较大,三维模型中Marangoni对流引发的更加充分,更贴近于实际情况。随后在三维模型中,分别考察了Gibbs吸附层与丙酮初始质量浓度对传质的影响,与文献结果对比发现液-液界面中Gibbs吸附层的影响可以忽略,而丙酮初始质量浓度越高,Marangoni对流的引发时间越早 ...
