基于红外触发相机技术对猕猴西藏亚种的冬季生境选择研究

利用红外相机监测西藏林芝通麦至色季拉山段猕猴西藏亚种(Macaca mulatta vestita),对红外相机布设点的海拔、坡度、距公路距离、距水源距离、植被类型、郁闭度、优势植物和周围植物丰富度8个生态因子进行相关性和主成分分析,判断藏猕猴的冬季生境选择偏好。结果显示:藏猕猴在冬季主要选择低海拔的区域活动,区域内植物丰富度与藏猕猴平均单张照片出现的只数显著相关(r=0.638); 水因子、地理和隐蔽性3个主成分累计贡献率达76.779%,表明藏猕猴在冬季偏好选择海拔低、坡度大、距公路及水源距离近 ...
