本研究对福建虎伯寮自然保护区和溪保护小区和台湾莲华池试验所两地的典型季风常绿阔叶林群落进行比较研究。分析两样地群落的结构特征、物种多样性和区系特征,比较两群落的异同。研究主要结论如下: (1) 和溪样方共出现维管束植物56科80属118种。莲华池样方共出现维管束植物40科64属82种。和溪样地的群落为红锥+淋漓锥群落,莲华池样地的群落为南投柯+茜树群落。两群落均由建群层、次冠层、灌木层和草本层组成。 (2) 两群落的灌木层密度均高于其它层。和溪样方的乔木层平均胸径、最大胸径等指标高于莲华池样方 ...

Vegetation characteristics of habitats used by Elliot's pheasant(白颈长尾雉栖息地的植被特征研究)

构成白颈长尾雉阔叶林型栖息地的植被乔木层主要树种为壳斗科植物,灌木层植物以山茶科、禾本科和樟科等科的种类为主,草本层植物以蕨类、禾本科和莎草科为主.在针阔混交林型栖息地,壳斗科植物仍占乔木层主要树种的相当比例,但针叶树种的比例明显上升,该类型栖息地的灌木层和草本层植物组成特征与阔叶林型栖息地相似.在针叶林型栖息地中,乔木层的主要树种为马尾松、杉木、福建柏和圆柏等,并有较多的阔叶灌木树种构成灌木层,草本层中以蕨类为主.白颈长尾雉栖息地选择的最主要影响因素是乔木层盖度.

【目的】 探讨新型溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃(BG)联合钛膜应用于即刻种植体周围骨缺损修复的成骨效果。【方法】 实验共采用8只健康杂种犬,每只犬均在拔除双侧下前磨牙后即刻于每侧拔牙创区制造即刻种植体周围骨缺损区,每侧即刻植入3颗即刻种植体后编号并随机分为3组分别为植入BG组,植入BG并以钛膜覆盖组及空白对照组。术后2,4,8,12周处死动物行Masson染色组织学观察。观察种植体周围骨缺损区的修复情况。【结果】 所有植入种植体区牙龈均愈合良好,未见种植体周围炎发生。BG + 钛膜组形成新骨的时间最早 ...
