不同营养组成食物对花鼠肠道菌群的影响

为探究食物主要营养成分对花鼠（Tamias sibiricus）肠道菌群结构的影响，以人工饲料饲喂花鼠，以野外自由取食为对照，通过粪便采样，以16S rRNA高通量测序分析花鼠肠道菌群组成。依据食物来源和饲料中脂肪、淀粉含量的不同，将被饲喂的花鼠分为野外组、脂肪组、淀粉组和饲料组。结果显示：不同饲喂条件下，花鼠肠道菌群的优势菌门均为厚壁菌门（Firmicutes）、拟杆菌门（Bacteroidetes）和变形菌门（Proteobacteria ...
