基于中红外激光光声光谱的乙炔气体检测研究

中红外激光波段分子吸收系数高,适用于痕量气体的体积分数监测,结合非谐振光声池耗气量小的优点,能实现现场大型变压器油中乙炔气体的高灵敏度光声光谱检测。文中利用HITRAN数据库对乙炔气体进行红外光谱仿真,得到特征吸收峰波段为3300.4 cm-1,对光声池进行优化分析,设计内腔半径为3mm的光声池。利用非共振光声池和乙炔中红外激光器搭建光声光谱实验检测系统,进行激光器波长调谐,使波长处于特征吸收峰中心位置。进行激光器频率调制,得到10 Hz的最优频率点,在此激光波长和频率点下进行系统噪声的检测试验 ...
