全球能源互联网, 2021 规模化可再生能源的集中并网和特高压直流工程的投产将显著影响送端电网的安全稳定特性。在分析可再生能源、特高压直流工程与弱送端交流电网相互影响的基础上,提出了集可再生能源发电特性研究、特高压直流外送方案、特高压直流落点选择、交流电网构建方案、典型方式建立、安全稳定评估为一体的交直流混联电网实用规划方法,明确了特高压直流落点后电网规划中应关注的重点问题,保障了新能源机组、特高压直流工程及送端电网的安全可靠运行。最后以青豫直流工程为例验证了所提方法的有效性。
