根据高压断路器状态信息的多层次性和多因素性,建立高压断路器状态评估的层次型指标体系。利用模糊综合评判法,建立高压断路器运行状态评估模型,通过对各层评判因素的评估,综合得出断路器的具体运行状态。指标的权重先由层次分析法确定常权权重,然后引入基于均衡函数的变权模式,对常权进行修正得到变权,以提高状态评估的准确性,为高压断路器状态评估提供了一种新的思路。

为了对断路器操动机构的分、合闸弹簧(简称弹簧)储能状态进行评估,将模糊综合评判应用到高压断路器的弹簧状态评估中。选取反映断路器弹簧储能状态的典型特征参量,建立评判因素集;根据断路器弹簧的实际状态情况,建立评判等级集;采用专家估计法与层次分析法,建立评判的权重集;构建隶属函数描述评估因素与状态等级间的模糊关系,确定模糊算子及结果处理方法,进而完成整个模型用以对断路器弹簧状态进行综合评估。LW25-126型断路器上的实例验证表明,该模型可以客观有效地评估高压断路器弹簧的储能状态。
