内充干燥空气的环保充气柜,绿色环保,是近几年的发展趋势之一。三工位隔离开关是该环保充气柜中的主要核心元件之一。为确保开关柜断电与接通的可靠运行,三工位隔离开关的可靠到位至关重要。文中针对环保充气柜,从机构传动和联锁装置两方面出发,通过增加双操作轴及相关联锁的方法,设计了一种12 kV环保充气柜用三工位隔离开关操作机构,实现隔离开关的隔离、导通和接地三个工位的灵活切换。该装置操作可靠、安全性高,并已广泛应用于XGNA-12型环保充气柜。

智能开关电器内涵的新发展探讨

笔者针对智能开关电器内涵的新发展进行论述,指出为顺应智能电网与全球气候环境和中国建设环保节约型社会的要求,智能开关电器的发展方向,并提出智能开关电器内涵由3个要素组成:①开关电器完成基本职能过程中的智能感知、判断与执行功能;②运行过程中开关电器的智能状态监测与寿命评估;③运行过程中对电网和环境的友好,对电网的友好表现在低的操作过电压和电磁骚扰水平,对环境的友好主要表现在SF6替代介质的应用。
