ABSTRACT In this paper, we investigate the adoption of carbon pricing policies within the U.S. across states. While policymakers have many tools at their disposal, carbon pricing is a policy option that utilizes market theories to curtail harmful effects from emissions through pricing structures.

We collated detections of the sun bear from new and previously published camera trap studies across its range. 为了适应国家“碳达峰、碳中和”的发展需求,研制具有结构简单、环境适用范围广、免维护和可靠性高等优点的开关设备是发展第三代环保智能变电站的产品基础。文中以72.5 kV真空断路器为研究对象,通过有限元仿真分析确定了真空灭弧室关键零部件的具体尺寸、动静触头开距和动静触头类型,并对断路器主回路进行温升仿真校核,计算结果表明,新设计的72.5 kV真空断路器具有额定通流3 150 A和开断40 kA故障电流的能力,各项型式试验的顺利通过验证了72.5 kV真空断路器结构设计的合理性。
