建立了一种快速、高效、环保的分散液液微萃取-分光光度法测定环境水样中亚甲基蓝的分析方法。考察了分散剂与萃取剂的种类和体积、萃取时间、离心时间、pH等因素对萃取效率的影响。在优化后的实验条件下,方法的检出限为8.47 μg/L,加标回收率在96.38%~103.30%,相对标准偏差均小于3.90%。该方法具有快速、高效、环境友好等特点,适用于环境水样中亚甲基蓝的分析测定。
