污秽发热是现场复合绝缘子检修、处置关注的问题。为获取复合绝缘子污秽发热特征及随外界环境的变化规律,在人工气候室对等值盐密为0.08 mg/cm2和0.12 mg/cm2的人工污秽复合绝缘子开展不同环境湿度和风速下的工频耐压红外测试,此外考虑泄漏电流热效应和外部散热环境,建立复合绝缘子表面积污发热仿真计算模型,计算不同污层介电常数、污层电导率、环境风速下的绝缘子发热情况。结果表明,低湿度下积污复合绝缘子仅在高压端部存在发热,高湿度下绝缘子高压侧、中部、低压侧区域均可出现发热,温差随着湿度增加成加速上述趋势。
