二氧化碳再生离子交换法的新进展

二氧化碳再生离子交换法——CARIX工艺是西德卡斯鲁厄尔核研究中心发展的一种离子交换新工艺。由于使用了对环境无污染的化合物二氧化碳作为再生剂,使得此工艺越来越受到各国科学家的重视。本文通过在CARIX工艺的再生过程中加入化学辅助剂Mg（OH）2到饱和的二氧化碳溶液中,将自由酸型弱酸性阳树脂和HCO3-型阴树脂同时再生,使弱酸性阳树脂转变为镁型,对CARIX工艺作了改进。这样就大大提高了交换树脂的有效交换容量,将水溶液中的镍离子降低到废水排放的允许标准以下。
