Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 桥本氏甲状腺炎（Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,HT）是一种临床表现多样,较常见的自身免疫性甲状腺炎[1],其病程较长,常合并其他甲状腺疾病。其甲状腺功能表现各异,可减低,亢进或正常,并可伴发甲状腺恶性肿瘤。本组对89例HT患者高频及彩色多普勒超声图像进行判读分析,并结合其甲状腺功能改变,以探讨高频超声在桥本氏甲状腺炎判读中的应用价值。
