Shiyou jixie, 2014 针对水平井裸眼封隔器投球滑套分段压裂技术在施工过程中出现压裂携砂液对滑套球座冲蚀磨损的问题，采用欧拉多相流理论和Finnie微切削理论，建立压裂液对滑套球座冲蚀的液固两相双流体数学模型，结合实际工程模拟不同砂比、粒径、排量等因素对球座冲蚀磨损速率的影响，并进行失效分析和现场应用。分析结果表明，压裂携砂液冲蚀球座最严重的部位发生在滑套前端锥面；施工排量对球座冲蚀磨损的影响最大，且磨损速率与排量成指数关系；粒径次之，冲蚀磨损速率随支撑剂直径的增大而减小；砂比对球座冲蚀磨损的影响最小 ...
