肝细胞癌（HCC）是世界上第六大常见癌症[1]，也是导致癌症相关死亡的第三大常见原因，一些生物标志物已被报道为肝癌的肿瘤标志物，例如α-胎蛋白（AFP）、甲胎蛋白异质体（AFP-L3）和des-γ-羧基凝血酶原（DCP）[2-3]。本实验通过免疫印迹、免疫组化方法分析AFP-L3在肝癌的表达水平，从而为肝癌的诊断提供辅助检查。
