高等级病原微生物实验室是国家生物安全的战略科技力量,是国之重器。完善高等级病原微生物实验室管理政策制度,强化实验室生物安全监管,对于保障国家生物安全具有重要意义。本文通过梳理我国现行的高等级病原微生物实验室生物安全法律法规、标准规范等,总结我国在法规监管体系、分级分类管理、标准规范体系、机构法人责任、职业准入制度和人员培训体系等方面存在的问题和面临的挑战,并提出针对性的政策建议,为我国高等级病原微生物实验室生物安全管理提供决策支撑。
