对章古台不同林龄樟子松人工林土壤养分、微生物及酶活性进行了测定和分析,结果表明:各林地的土壤养分、微生物和酶活性均表现出差异。与健康林相比,出现生长衰退林地土壤样品的养分指标、微生物和酶活性均有显著程度的降低,表明土壤地力已出现严重衰退。土壤微生物数量、酶活性与土壤养分间呈显著相关关系,可作为评价土壤肥力的指标。解决当前人工林退化的主要措施是因地制宜进行间伐或轮伐,改善林地微生态条件,尽量避免营造人工纯林,建议营造混交林。
