鹿茸是雄性鹿科(Cervidae)动物未骨化带绒毛的周期性再生器官,再生过程有众多生物活性物质参与调节,生长过程与肿瘤发展相似,但肿瘤细胞生长恶性失控,鹿茸却是可控的发育过程。在一些研究中,鹿茸提取物对恶性肿瘤的抑制作用已经有了一定进展。本文对鹿茸再生生物学基础和鹿茸提取物的生物活性成分进行阐述,总结鹿茸提取物在前列腺癌、乳腺癌、胶质母细胞瘤和结肠癌中的作用及研究进展,以期为鹿茸提取物在癌症治疗中的作用提供进一步的参考。
