ABSTRACT Diabetic wound infections are a common complication of diabetes, which severely impact patients' quality of life. Effective treatment of diabetic wound infections remains one major challenge in the clinic, partially due to the formation of bacterial biofilm and antibiotic resistance.

目的研究鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成与外膜蛋白基因caro表达的关系。方法结晶紫染色法检测鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)比较临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌在生物被膜形成的不同阶段外膜蛋白基因caro表达水平。结果 66.13%的临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力阳性;随着生物被膜形成的成熟,外膜蛋白基因caro的表达水平下调。结论临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成与外膜蛋白系统密切相关。

目的分析呼吸道分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性之间的关系。方法采用K-B法测定鲍曼不动杆菌对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,用改良微量板法检测菌株生物被膜形成时间及能力。结果呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药形势严峻。53.93%的鲍曼不动杆菌可形成生物被膜,生物被膜形成阴性株对多数抗生素的耐药率高于生物被膜形成阳性株。结论呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性呈负相关。
