目的本试验探讨如何建立结核菌生物被膜体外模型。方法选取生长良好的非耐药结核菌在罗氏固体培养基中复苏,在7H9OADC培养基中重新培养1周,使其活力相同,配置苏通培养基分别在烧瓶及孔板中培养结核菌观察生物膜的生长情况。结果 36株结核菌在孔板中培养时使用封口膜的全部培养出生物膜,而未使用封口膜的均培养失败。烧瓶中培养:在培养3周时需要松开瓶盖,否则生物膜生长不良。时间:培养2周时可看到有生物膜出现,5周时生物膜培养成熟。结论结核菌有生物被膜,通过体外培养可以成功获得。

肠道微生物参与了多种疾病的发生和进展,心力衰竭也被证实是一种与肠道功能改变有关的导致多脏器衰竭的炎症性疾病[1-2]。心力衰竭引发的血流动力学的改变使肠黏膜屏障功能受损,肠道微生物及其代谢产物得以移位进入血液循环,从而触发机体的免疫炎症反应,加重了心衰患者体内的炎症负担[3]。因此,通过提高对有关肠道微生物及其代谢产物在心力衰竭发病机制中的认识,对制定新的心力衰竭治疗策略和促进个性化治疗是有必要的。
