借鉴国内外研究基础,探讨了区域可持续土地利用管理评价指标设计的结构和原则,并且以农用土地为侧重点,系统提出区域可持续土地利用管理评价的指标体系框架.该框架以整个区域农用土地为对象,以土地质量指标为主体,构建了5个方面的评价标准,即土地质量维持或提高、土地资源的供应与当前及未来需求目标的平衡、非再生资源合理使用、土地资源的非生产功能得到兼顾、良好的社会政策环境支持.并分别建议了评价指标.
