Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1997 建立了测定钙调素（ＣａＭ）自身抗体（抗ＣａＭ）的间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法，发现全身性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）、类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）、甲状腺功能亢进、桥本甲状腺炎（ＨＴ）、慢性活动性乙型肝炎（ＣＡＨ）患者血清抗ＣａＭ水平与检出率均显著高于正常对照及冠心病、风湿热等其他内科疾病患者。在甲亢与ＨＴ患者中，抗ＣａＭ与抗甲状腺球蛋白（抗ＴＧ）、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶（抗ＴＰＯ）抗体不相关，而在ＳＬＥ与ＲＡ患者，抗ＣａＭ与抗核抗体（ＡＮＡ）有同步性。抗ＣａＭ的出现无疾病特异性，可能在自身免疫病患者的免疫功能紊乱中起一定作用。
