Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2006 目的检测细胞凋亡指数（Apoptosis Index,AI）在甲状腺癌中的表达,探讨细胞凋亡在甲状腺癌发生中的作用。方法应用原位细胞凋亡检测（TUNEL）试剂盒对36例甲状腺癌及6例结节性甲状腺肿组织进行AI的检测。结果结节性甲状腺肿的细胞AI平均值为12.39±2.21,甲状腺癌组织的细胞AI平均值为20.17±2.68,二者差异具有显著性（P0.05。结论甲状腺癌组织的AI平均值高于正常对照组,肿瘤细胞凋亡的失衡在甲状腺癌发生中起作用。
