Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1997 应用放射免疫分析（ＲＩＡ）对５６例肝细胞癌（ＨＣＣ）患者，３０例肝外恶性肿瘤患者和正常人的血清与唾液甲胎蛋白（ＡＦＰ）含量进行测定，并对部分ＨＣＣ患者唾液ＡＦＰ含量动态观察，探讨唾液ＡＦＰ含量对ＨＣＣ诊断、疗效观察等临床价值。结果表明唾液ＡＦＰ与血清ＡＦＰ含量呈明显正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），唾液ＡＦＰ含量测定对ＨＣＣ的诊断、疗效判断有临床价值。
