新型微电解联合催化氧化处理高浓度制药废水

研究了利用新型多元微电解联合催化氧化技术处理高浓度制药废水。在制药废水pH=3.5时,随着微电解处理停留时间的延长,其COD去除率不断上升,最高可达60%。催化氧化过程中使用双氧水为氧化剂,最佳添加量和反应pH分别为0.2%、3.0。为保证微电解稳定高效,进行了两级微电解+催化氧化处理制药废水的中试研究。结果表明,两级微电解耦合催化氧化处理制药废水中试COD去除效果稳定,微电解停留3 h时,最高去除率可达68.5%。

多孔钛片上二氧化钛纳米管束的制备与表征(英文)

在氢氟酸电解液中采用阳极氧化法在多孔钛片上制备了二氧化钛纳米管束.考察了电压对二氧化钛氧化层形貌及温度对二氧化钛晶型的影响.制备的二氧化钛纳米管形貌,晶型及光催化性能分别采用SEM,XRD和光催化还原Pd2+沉积钯膜实验表征.SEM结果表明,最佳阳极氧化电压为30 V.在此电压下制备的二氧化钛纳米管长约为300 nm,管径约为40nm,壁厚约为20 nm.XRD结果显示,773 K退火后,二氧化钛为锐钛矿型;873 K退火后二氧化钛主要为锐钛矿型,含有2.99%的金红石相;973 ...

催化法生产高纯二氧化氯的研究Ⅰ.催化剂的制备及结构测定

报道了生产高纯二氧化氯催化剂的组成及制备方法。经预处理后的钛基有利于催化剂的联合;用扫描电镜观察了催化剂在基体上的状态;几种催化剂均以细小颗粒附着于二氧化钛骨架上,其粒径大小在1.2×10 ̄(-7)—1.7×10 ̄(-7)m范围内。由电子能谱测试表明催化剂主要以金属氧化物或金属氯化物形式存在。

电气石/TiO2复合材料的光催化体系研究

采用溶胶凝胶技术制备电气石/TiO2复合光催化材料,研究其光催化反应体系中的溶解氧含量、水分子团结构等,并结合光催化降解甲基橙实验对光催化反应机理进行了初探。研究表明,随着电气石/TiO2复合光催化材料质量分数的增加,反应体系中溶解氧含量的增长速度明显加快,但溶解氧含量的饱和值十分接近,均在8.15mg/L附近。同时,电气石/TiO2复合光催化材料的质量分数为0.1%时,静置2h后的水样峰宽由93.
