浅析石灰石制粉装置在火电厂湿法脱硫系统应用的必要性

某火力发电厂 4 台机组脱硫装置均采用石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫工艺。脱硫装置采用一炉一塔,每套脱硫装置的烟气处理能力为对应锅炉 BMCR 工况时的烟气量。机组运行期间,所消耗的石灰石粉全部采用外购模式。目前,该电厂附近石灰石供货商呈现“散、乱、小”的局面,供应石灰石粉的可靠性、稳定性存在极大风险。论文通过对当前供货商的运营规模、石灰石品质、市场价格、供应量进行分析,引出石灰石制粉系统在火力发电厂应用的必要性。
