基于热循环蓄热特性的电-热综合能源系统风电消纳策略 [PDF]

提出一种基于热循环蓄热特性的电-热综合能源系统风电消纳策略。首先构建了典型的电-热综合能源系统结构,分析了电热互补潜力;进而针对热网蓄热特性进行建模,分析了热网蓄热参与系统消纳风电的调节潜力;同时结合热电联产机组和热泵模型,构建了基于热网蓄热特性的电-热综合能源系统优化调度模型,以实现对热网蓄热的充放能管理。算例结果表明,该方法可使热电联产根据系统风电预测出力和电负荷需求调整自身出力,实现系统热负荷跨时段转移,最终达到提升系统风电消纳水平、降低系统一天内用能总成本的目的。
