为识别并区分10 kV开关柜中常见局部放电的故障类型,搭建了开关柜局部放电故障模拟与检测平台,提出了一种基于超声波信号特征量的局部放电识别方法,提取了局部放电时超声波信号的暂态冲击量并利用其概率密度分布进行类型判别,对比研究了4种不同局部放电模型产生超声波信号的暂态冲击量概率密度分布图谱。结果表明:随电压等级的提高,曲线向更高暂态冲击量处偏移,并呈“多波峰状”,同种类型故障产生的曲线高度重合,不同类型故障产生的曲线差异明显,可据此判别10 kV开关柜局部放电类型。
