内置电子式传感器后ZW20开关局部放电研究

基于静电场分析研究ZW20型柱上开关局部放电是绝缘结构优化设计的主要手段之一。文中通过静电场分析获得其电场分布云图,通过理论分析指出:出线套管密封圈附近,电流传感器与出线套管之间及绝缘盒与出线套管之间空气域电场强度超过空气的介电强度是局部放电的关键原因。而后根据静电场复合绝缘理论,提出一种出线套管内铜棒与绝缘盒动端、静端新型的连接方式,并在其内部增设法兰屏蔽罩的优化方案。通过静电场分析可知优化后关键位置气隙电场强度明显降低,并通过试验测试进行验证,从理论及工程实际中验证了此优化方案的可行性。

基于时域有限元法的电缆终端电场分析

基于后退欧拉法和变分原理推导了非线性的时域有限元电场计算方程。利用时域有限元方法分析了含不同应力控制管时的电缆终端电场分布。分析结果表明,采用由电容性和非线性电阻性材料复合绝缘结构的应力控制管时,电缆终端的电场分布最为均匀。

GIS隔离开关气室电场模拟与绝缘故障分析

隔离开关广泛应用于气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)中,文中采用三维有限元电场分析软件,建立了GIS隔离开关气室的三维电场仿真模型,计算了GIS隔离开关气室内各部件的电场分布,研究了金属异物对隔离开关气室内部SF6间隙电场分布的影响规律,发现金属异物的存在引起隔离开关动触头屏蔽罩附近场强发生明显畸变,可能会导致GIS隔离开关气室绝缘故障。文中研究通过电场模拟手段,分析了金属异物对GIS隔离开关气室内部电场分布的影响,为今后GIS类似故障的处理分析提供借鉴与参考。
