高功率Tesla变压器在脉冲功率技术领域应用广泛,但其次级线圈处于非均匀电场中,线圈匝间电压分布不均,容易导致匝间绝缘击穿。文中设计了一台双磁心Tesla变压器,利用有限元法建立次级线圈的电场仿真模型,分析其匝间的电场分布情况。针对匝间电压分布不均问题,提出次级线圈首尾两端双线并绕及增加屏蔽环来改善电场分布的措施,使最大场强小于微小油间隙的击穿场强,确保变压器次级线圈的绝缘安全。通过仿真分析发现首尾两端并绕可改善电场分布,但并绕匝数不宜过多。高压端增加屏蔽环后,场强分布更加均匀,最大场强下降62.9 ...
