外电场对SF6分子结构及电负性的影响

电负性优异是SF6具有良好绝缘性能的重要因素之一,为分析SF6基态分子结构与电负性的变化,首先采用密度泛函理论(DFT)/B3LYP方法在6-311G基组下优化SF6基态分子结构,得到了分子在外电场作用下基态分子键长、键角、总能量、分子前线轨道能量和Mulliken电布居数等基态分子结构信息,其次采用Mulliken标度对SF6的电负性进行了计算。分析结果显示电场作用下,SF6分子键长、键角度发生了变化,分子的总能量绝对值逐渐增加,分子最高占据轨道和最低未占据轨道能量逐渐增加 ...

The configurational transition of polyelectrolyte chain confined in a cylinder(聚电解质链在柱状受限下的构象转变)

采用粗粒化分子动力学模拟方法,研究了受限于圆柱体内的聚电解质链的构象行为。通过计算链平均回旋半径、平均持久长度和平均形状因子等物理量,重点探究反离子价态、链刚性和受限孔径等对聚电解质链尺寸和构象转变的影响。结果表明,受限聚电解质链可形成稳定的棒状、球状、折叠链状和环状结构。尤其在三价反离子诱导下,半刚性聚电解质链可形成稳定的环状结构,并由切向相关函数表征。通过统计反离子分布,进一步探讨了聚电解质链和离子凝结的机制。同时讨论了环的成核和生长动力学特征 ...

青海东北部地区一次雷暴过程电荷结构成因数值模拟

利用三维雷暴云动力—电耦合数值模式,通过对青海东北部地区2011年7月29日一次雷暴发展过程进行研究模拟,分析了青海东北部地区雷暴的电荷结构演变特征并从微物理方面讨论了其过程主要形成原因。结果表明,对流过程中霰粒子比含水量分布广,雹粒子比较少,以液态降水为主。青海地区雷暴以三极性结构为主,在上升气流比较弱时电荷结构呈现出下正中负的电荷结构,结构整体电荷密度分布较低,底部正电荷区与负电荷区深厚,霰粒子在下荷正电,冰晶在上荷正电。随着上升气流增大 ...

在不同热氧化条件下SiO2-Si结构的电子辐射效应研究

利用2MV电子静电加速器,研究了热氧化工艺与SiO2 Si结构的电子辐射效应和辐射损伤机制.结果表明,高能电子辐照SiO2 Si结构引起的MOS电容平带电压漂移ΔVfb与SiO2膜厚d2ox成正比.由P型硅为衬底或掺氯氧化的SiO2 Si结构对电子辐射较敏感;而由磷处理或干N2热退火的SiO2 Si结构能有效地降低对电子辐射的敏感性.
