基于金属化膜自愈特性的电容器寿命研究

金属化膜电容器具有高储能密度、高可靠性和高寿命特点。自愈是导致电容器电容量下降的主要原因。笔者分析金属化膜的自愈特性和电容量下降机制,通过研究自愈过程中的自愈面积、自愈能量和击穿电压的关联性,得出电压幅值和电压反峰比对电容器的寿命影响程度并归纳出经验公式。通过对金属化膜电容器的寿命测试,对经验公式中的系数进行拟合。最后得出不同电压幅值和不同电压反峰比下电容器寿命经验型预测公式。

特高压系统用电容器组开关弧触头失效分析

为了提高特高压系统用电容器组开关弧触头的使用寿命,在拟工况环境下对其进行电寿命实验,发现Cu W/Cu Cr弧触头在近千次开合实验后失效。通过对失效前后弧触头的形貌、成分、组织及性能变化进行分析研究,寻找影响弧触头使用寿命的主要因素。结果表明:特高压系统用电容器组开关弧触头除电弧烧蚀引起弧触头失效外,机械磨损及挤压变形也是影响其使用寿命的关键因素。因此,协同提高耐电弧烧蚀、抗机械磨损及挤压变形的能力是制备高电气寿命触头材料的关键。

特高压变电站大容量电容器组专用断路器电寿命试验研究

特高压变电站三次侧无功补偿专用断路器动作次数多、关合涌流高、开断电流大,若发生重击穿将破坏设备绝缘及引发事故扩大的可能。由于特高压工程对专用断路器的技术参数要求高于相关标准,现场运行的投切电容器组断路器未进行满足特高压工程要求的电寿命试验。为了保证特高压工程可靠运行,亟需验证专用开关的电寿命。该项目分析了专用断路器运行工况,进行了电寿命试验回路参数的计算、仿真、建设、调试,并完成了3个不同型号产品的电寿命试验。试验验证了运行中专用断路器的实际电寿命,为现场运行提供了试验参考 ...
