金属化膜电容器具有高储能密度、高可靠性和高寿命特点。自愈是导致电容器电容量下降的主要原因。笔者分析金属化膜的自愈特性和电容量下降机制,通过研究自愈过程中的自愈面积、自愈能量和击穿电压的关联性,得出电压幅值和电压反峰比对电容器的寿命影响程度并归纳出经验公式。通过对金属化膜电容器的寿命测试,对经验公式中的系数进行拟合。最后得出不同电压幅值和不同电压反峰比下电容器寿命经验型预测公式。

为了提高特高压系统用电容器组开关弧触头的使用寿命,在拟工况环境下对其进行电寿命实验,发现Cu W/Cu Cr弧触头在近千次开合实验后失效。通过对失效前后弧触头的形貌、成分、组织及性能变化进行分析研究,寻找影响弧触头使用寿命的主要因素。结果表明:特高压系统用电容器组开关弧触头除电弧烧蚀引起弧触头失效外,机械磨损及挤压变形也是影响其使用寿命的关键因素。因此,协同提高耐电弧烧蚀、抗机械磨损及挤压变形的能力是制备高电气寿命触头材料的关键。

目前针对交流GIS聚酰亚胺电极覆膜微粒抑制效果及绝缘寿命评估的相关研究尚不清晰。文中针对交流GIS,首先基于金属微粒荷电机理与受力模型,搭建了电极覆膜金属微粒运动观测平台,通过观测聚酰亚胺电极覆膜的微粒抑制效果,验证了电极覆膜对微粒抑制的有效性。具体结果表明,薄膜厚度与微粒抑制效果呈正相关特性,不同厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜对金属微粒启举电压的增幅在49%~68%。其次建立了聚酰亚胺薄膜表面放电特性与寿命测试系统,测试不同厚度实验样品的放电统计参量,明确其放电特性,进而测试不同厚度聚酰亚胺薄膜的绝缘寿命 ...

通过对国产10kV/630A/20kA真空断路器实际电寿命试验以及大电流开断试验,研究了大功率纵磁场真空断路器采用大电流加速电寿命试验方法的可行性,试验及理论分析表明,对于纵磁场真空断路器采用大电流加速电寿命试验不仅方法可行,而且还能由短路电流分断次数推算出等效额定电流下的操作次数来。
