SF6开关设备开断时喷口会受到电弧侵蚀,喷口烧蚀程度与分解产物密切相关,而电弧放电条件下喷口烧蚀的特征产物尚不明确,严重制约SF6分解产物分析法在故障诊断方面的应用。为探明喷口烧蚀的特征产物及其与电弧能量之间的关系,文中基于40.5 kV SF6断路器搭建电弧放电试验平台,在安装和摘除喷口的情况下开展SF6、He气氛下的电弧放电试验,采用气相色谱法对试验后的气体进行定性、定量检测分析。10次5 kA电弧放电试验后发现SF6气氛下喷口烧蚀产生的CF4、C2F6、CO2分别占总生成量的99.8%、77.1%、
