光伏/风电并网测试装置的设计和开发

解析了国内相继制定的风电/光伏并网测试标准,分析了目前国内风电/光伏低电压穿越能力和电网适应性能力测试装置特点,依据现行完善的标准体系,分别开发研制了一台低电压穿越测试装置和一台电网适应性测试装置。笔者对其工作原理、功能特性进行了介绍,并在某光伏电站进行了实验验证。其结果表明,两台设备独立测试、方便快捷、性能可靠,能够完全满足相关的风电和光伏并网测试标准的所有技术指标和功能要求。

计及雷击随机性的输电线路最优相序排列方式探究

对于220 k V同塔双回输电线路来说,此电压等级输电线路的工作电压对线路耐雷性能的影响不容忽视。同时,雷电作为一种随机性的自然现象,雷击输电线路的随机性对输电线路耐雷性能的影响也同样重要。使用PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态软件建立典型220 k V同塔双回输电线路仿真模型,将雷击时刻的随机性考虑在内,分析了不同相序排列方式下一个工作电压周期内的反击耐雷性能,从而综合比较得出220 k V同塔双回输电线路在采用ABC/BCA和ABC/CBA两种相序排列方式下,其反击耐雷性能最优。

The influence of the electrical boundary conditions on domain structures and properties of epitaxial ferroelectric thin films [PDF]

本文基于金兹堡-朗道理论的相场法,研究了以PbTiO3(PTO)为代表的二维外延铁电薄膜在四种不同叉指电极分布下的畴结构演化,也探讨了基体约束对铁电薄膜畴结构演化的影响。四种不同的叉指电极分布为:上下对称分布的叉指电极;上表面覆盖叉指电极,下表面覆盖完整电极;上下错位分布的叉指电极;上表面覆盖叉指电极,下表面无电极。这些电极分布可以运用现有的理论转换为四种不同的电学边界条件。 研究结果表明,相比于理想的开路和短路电学边界条件,由于不同电极分布下铁电薄膜的退极化能发生了改变,进而产生了多种特殊的畴结构,即:
