酸酐固化剂复配对环氧树脂复合材料性能分散度的影响

酸酐固化剂因具有耐热性好、固化收缩小、绝缘性能好等优点,被广泛应用于电力装备用环氧树脂复合材料浇注体系。电力系统正在向高电压、大容量方向发展,对电力装备性能提出了更高要求。为获得高性能环氧复合绝缘材料,文中研究了5种常用酸酐固化剂对环氧复合材料性能的影响,发现苯酐存在固化物性能优异,但有固化工艺性差、固化物性能分散度大的问题。进一步,制备了苯酐/六氢苯酐复配固化剂,并研究了复配固化剂对环氧复合材料机械性能和电气性能的影响。实验结果表明,当苯酐/六氢苯酐复配摩尔比例为1∶3时,复配固化剂的熔点最低 ...
