传统电渗析工艺在去除有害离子和脱盐领域虽具有明显的技术优势却也存在一定的技术限制。近年来,研究者相继开发了可原位产酸碱的双极膜电渗析、利用膜特性进行离子选择性分离的选择性电渗析、具有重组和浓缩离子能力的复分解电渗析、将化学差势能转化为电势差发电的逆电渗析等新型电渗析技术,同时又将光电池引入装置缓解了能耗问题。综述了各种新型电渗析技术的最新研究和应用领域,以期推动电渗析技术的应用发展。

树脂耦合电渗析脱除MDEA废液中热稳定盐试验

将阴离子交换树脂与电渗析进行耦合,构建了树脂耦合电渗析装置。结果表明:树脂耦合电渗析装置可有效去除N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)吸附液中的热稳定盐(HSS)。该装置最佳操作条件:NaOH溶液质量分数3%,电压为30 V,淡化室厚度为2.5 mm。树脂耦合电渗析对MDEA吸附液中热稳定盐的去除率可达93.84%,远优于电渗析的65.27%;MDEA损耗率降低到3.78%,低于电渗析的MDEA损耗率(21.07%)。

等电流电渗析模型脱盐试验

等电流操作电渗析比等电压操作电渗析更容易通过调整膜对数控制多段电渗析各段的脱盐率和极化点。通过不同方案试验对比,提出了合理的等电流操作电渗析的膜对数组合。通过试验验证了Ca(HCO3)2型井水在预处理中加酸酸化,再进行电渗析脱盐工艺比预处理中未加酸酸化工艺脱盐效果较明显。

利用电渗析和反渗透耦合处理高盐废水的研究

以某化工企业排放的高盐废水为目标,通过电渗析与反渗透耦合技术处理高盐废水,考察电渗析电压、补水流量及反渗透回收率对高盐废水处理结果的影响。结果表明,处理后的高盐废水可得到TDS为185.32 g/L的浓缩盐水和TDS为10 mg/L且不含TOC的淡水,分别回用于氯碱工业和中水系统。

机车给水电渗析淡化处理的效果与看法

1978年郑州铁路分局初次采用电渗析技术,于商邱给水站建成一座中型电渗析水处理设备,日产淡水1500吨,供给铁路蒸汽机车用水。电渗析单台流量20~30吨/时,把这样大容量的电渗析装置安装在铁路上还是第一次。在安装与使用过程中,又经过不断改进,电渗析设备已稳定运行近三年。电渗析设备每系列串联两台,总脱盐率60%左右。

三室电渗析脱除MDEA废液中热稳定盐的试验研究

在天然气或煤合成气行业中的脱硫系统中,N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液在吸附酸性气体过程中,与酸性气体反应会生成热稳定盐(HSS)。在双室电渗析装置基础上,增加NaOH室,构建三室电渗析装置。考察其对MDEA废液中HSS的脱除效果及MDEA损耗的情况。结果表明:NaOH质量分数为3%时,三室电渗析的HSS脱除率为82.66%,比双室电渗析提高了27.08%;MDEA损耗率降低到5.78%,比双室电渗析降低了15.30%;HSS脱除率随NaOH质量分数的上升而增加 ...
