高精度矢量磁力仪地面测试定标系统大型磁屏蔽室仿真分析

利用有限元分析方法开展大型磁屏蔽室的仿真分析,完成了高精度矢量磁力仪地面定标用大型磁屏蔽室的建模和性能仿真计算,从屏蔽效能、开口影响及内部磁场均匀度等方面对磁屏蔽室仿真计算和实测结果进行对比。结果表明,磁屏蔽空间内部中心区域的剩磁实测数值与仿真结果一致性较好,剩磁分布趋势基本一致,证明有限元分析方法在磁屏蔽室屏蔽性能定量分析的可行性。通过有限元分析方法,能够实现磁屏蔽室开口剩磁影响的定量计算,为磁屏蔽室门及通风孔设计提供依据;同时可以对内部磁场均匀区大小、残余梯度进行验证 ...

刀闸拉合对柔性直流换流阀电磁干扰的仿真研究

为探究刀闸拉合对柔性直流换流阀的电磁干扰特性,针对刀闸拉合对柔直换流阀辐射电磁干扰试验,通过分析电磁干扰原理,在CST仿真软件中建立了仿真模型。基于TLM场路耦合计算方法开展了仿真计算,得出了电磁干扰试验中阀塔内各位置的辐射电磁干扰水平,探究了阀塔内不同高度位置的电磁干扰强度和屏蔽罩对电磁干扰水平的影响。结果表明:阀塔内各位置辐射电磁干扰频谱的峰值基本出现在0.7 MHz附近;一般情况下,高度对低频电磁干扰水平有一定影响,对高频电磁干扰水平影响很小,不同位置处随着高度的增大电场强度幅值变化情况不一致 ...

变电站巡检机器人无线充电系统辐射屏蔽设计

为了降低变电站巡检机器人磁耦合谐振式无线充电系统正常工作时对附近工作人员安全造成的危害,将高频辐射降低到国标标准限值内,笔者提出了一种复合结构式铝板屏蔽方案,采用有限元方法仿真计算巡检机器人无线充电系统电磁辐射,计算尺寸、层数对屏蔽板屏蔽效果的影响,并对比分析六种复合结构式屏蔽装置的屏蔽效果。结果表明:当增大屏蔽板尺寸和增加屏蔽板层数时,无线充电对外辐射磁场强度出现明显下降;采用复合结构式屏蔽板能够将无线充电系统的对外辐射磁场幅值基本降低到国标限值以内。

雷电电磁脉冲对风机机舱电磁环境的影响与防护研究

当风力发电机的机舱受到雷击时,机舱内会产生雷电电磁脉冲(LEMP),继而影响电子设备运行,甚至严重破坏电子设备。为了研究机舱内的LEMP,首先建立了非金属机舱的全尺寸模型。采用传输线矩阵法对机舱内雷电电磁环境进行了模拟分析。然后研究了在机舱上应用金属屏蔽网的防护措施,包括屏蔽网的网格尺寸和材质对防护效果的影响。结果表明,金属屏蔽网可以有效地降低机舱内的LEMP。屏蔽效果很大程度上取决于屏蔽网材料的导电性和网格尺寸。
