单相交流电源隔离防护设备设计

为防止雷电电磁脉冲或其他强电磁脉冲耦合过电压进入电源线毁坏电子设备,研究分析了电磁脉冲耦合的特点,设计了一种带双重隔离的单相交流电源隔离防护电路,并对实验电路进行仿真;依据仿真结果搭建了功率为2 k W的实验样机,并进行高电压检测。测试结果表明,该样机对雷电电磁脉冲和其它强电磁脉冲耦合过电压具有较好的防护效果,能有效提升雷达等武器装备的全天候作战能力,减小军事和经济损失。

为建设厦门城市快速交通干线,需要对钟鼓山原有隧道进行扩建。在拆除已有隧道衬砌和开挖外围围岩时,确定原有隧道衬砌厚度和外侧围岩的空洞、破碎、断裂等情况,对施工安全和施工方案制定非常必要。为此,采用探地雷达技术对原有隧道衬砌厚度和外侧围岩状态进行了检测。在隧道顶部布置三条沿隧道方向的检测线,用雷达探头分别对隧道的衬砌厚度和外部岩层缺陷进行探测,结果发现衬砌厚度很不均匀,厚度0.36~1.2米,多处与外部岩石直接接触。衬砌外侧有多处空洞、破碎、断裂或空洞伴有严重的破碎等危险情况存在 ...

电磁脉冲模拟器用纳秒脉冲源的研制

随着电磁武器的发展,电磁脉冲及其防护技术再次成为关注的焦点。简要介绍了核电磁脉冲模拟器的标准电场波形和脉冲源的组成及其基本原理,论述了脉冲分压器的设计。分析显示,所研制的新型电阻分压器可以减少响应时间和上升时间3ns以上。实验结果表明,该分压器可以用于上升时间为1ns以上脉冲的测量。研制的脉冲源的输出脉冲满足设计要求,峰值电压高于26kV,上升时间小于2.8ns,下降时间约55ns。
