混凝与电絮凝工艺处理富硒面粉废水的效能对比与优化

针对河北某富硒面粉厂洗麦过程产生的高浓度含硒废水,对比和优化了混凝(4种絮凝剂)和电絮凝(Fe、Al阳极)两种工艺的处理效果。混凝实验结果表明,三氯化铁(FeCl3)对含硒废水的处理效果优于其他3种混凝剂(聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁、硫酸铝),在投加量2 500 mg/L、初始pH=5条件下,Se和COD去除率达到最佳,分别达到90%和35%。电絮凝实验结果表明,电流密度和pH对Se去除效果影响显著,高电流密度和酸性环境更有利于Se和COD的去除。采用Fe阳极,在电流密度为40 mA/cm2和初始pH ...

一种可聚合表活与DPM共聚物处理含聚污水及机理

使用双十二烷基甲基烯丙基氯化铵(DC12MAAC)与N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺(DPM)进行共聚,合成了P[DPM/DC12MAAC]共聚物絮凝剂。以含聚污水为处理对象,对其絮凝性能进行了评价。评价结果表明:浊度降低率最高达99.53%,单位表面积铁片增重量最低为43.02 g/m2,可减少74.90%的絮体。现场试验结果表明,在保证水质指标的前提下,该絮凝剂可使黏性絮体产生量下降约70.5%。该絮凝剂通过静电吸附破坏油滴的扩散双电子层,从而中和其表面负电荷。
