描述了求解平面并联机器人工作空间边界的一种新方法。通过对平面并联机器人的分析,建立了系统的运动方程,以方程逆解存在为条件,沿工作空间边界搜索边界点。将搜索到的所有边界点在Matlab中进行仿真出图,图形结果与用几何方法得到的边界完全一致。利用此方法可以很快得到较准确、清晰的工作空间边界。

为解决一体浇注式盆式绝缘子环氧树脂浇注部分与中心导体之间存在的界面剥离问题,首先通过环氧浇注试样拉伸性能测试得到环氧树脂与金属界面粘接强度范围为45.276~69.401 MPa,而对盆式绝缘子固化结束后受力情况进行仿真计算后发现,模拟常规工艺制备的盆式绝缘子环氧浇注部分与中心导体之间的最大拉应力为386.5 MPa,远高于实测的界面粘接强度,揭示了拉应力引发界面失效是导致界面剥离现象的本质原因。紧接着,在仿真模型中将环氧部分与金属法兰连接模式从粘接式改为装配式,结果显示,界面最大拉应力降至35 MPa。

棒形悬式复合绝缘子机械可靠性是产品最关键的性能之一,根据采用界面压接金具和芯棒互相作用的机理和特点,使用同时控制压接力和压接尺寸的UC控制压接机,在选择合适的压接模具和操作模式连接下,达到优异的机械性能。声发射技术是监测复合绝缘子压接界面结构组装性能的有效手段,能即时反馈复合绝缘子端部压接界面状态。利用压接曲线的分析应用和声发射波形的监测,来确定复合绝缘子的压接参数和监测产品界面压接的质量,极大的提高了压接界面可靠性,保证了特高压复合绝缘子产品稳定的机械性能。

针对现有钻修机井架承载能力和稳定性计算软件存在的不足,结合现场测试数据以及有限元分析软件,开发了钻修机井架承载能力评估系统软件。该评估系统软件采用VB设计用户界面,采用菜单框架结构,包括登陆界面、模块选择主菜单以及各功能模块界面。该软件可以后台调用ANSYS软件,实现井架的有限元计算,并将分析结果实时显示在界面中;同时可以结合现场加载应力测试数据对井架进行稳定性分析和承载能力评估。实例验证结果表明,钻修机井架承载能力评估系统软件可以很好地实现预定功能,界面简洁,操作方便。

为揭示微重力条件下PCM液桥相变过程流动特征及相变演化规律, 建立PCM液桥数理模型, 采用数值模拟的方法系统研究了不同工况下PCM液桥相变过程中固液界面的演化过程, 分析不同高径比和温差对液桥形状、固液界面演化规律、相变速度和热毛细流动的影响. 研究结果表明, 在大温差条件下热毛细流动更加强烈, 处于外部壁面处的相变材料的相变速度也会更快, 外壁处的相变界面与壁面的夹角会更小. 大的高径比条件下会有同样的效果, 同时也会产生更多的涡胞结构, 热毛细对流效果更明显.
