土壤水分对植物根-土界面相互作用特性的影响

为研究不同土壤水分下不同植物根系与土壤界面的摩阻特性,使用直剪仪对内蒙古中西部的5种典型乡土植物(柠条、沙棘、杨柴、紫花苜蓿和沙打旺)的根系在不同土壤含水率下进行根-土界面直剪摩擦试验。结果表明:当土壤含水率在4.5%~24.5%时,5种植物根-土界面摩擦系数均大于素土的土-土界面的值,且随着土壤含水率的增加,根-土界面和土-土界面摩擦系数均呈下降趋势,其中沙棘根-土界面的摩擦系数和黏聚力均大于其他4种植物的值,表明仅从根系与土壤间的相互作用特性来看,沙棘根系固土抗蚀的作用明显优于其他4种植物。根 ...

支柱式绝缘子的粘结层脱粘失效仿真分析

采用基于内聚力裂缝模型(CCM)的有限元分析方法,模拟支柱式绝缘子的不同结构界面的力学特性,仿真再现了绝缘子受弯矩外载下界面脱粘失效的过程,并研究了粘结界面力学性能对绝缘子整体承载力的影响。分析表明,粘结层开裂过程可分为界面承载、界面开裂和裂纹扩展3个阶段;水泥粘结剂与金属基座的粘结层开裂时间早、脱粘速度快是绝缘子结构的薄弱环节;界面刚度、断裂能、极限强度的增加均能有效提高绝缘子的结构承载力,但随着承载力增加,破坏模型由界面脱粘变为水泥粘结剂受拉破坏。

复合绝缘子护套与芯棒界面粘接性及界面质量检测方法研究

为有效评价复合绝缘子护套与芯棒的界面质量,文中首先提出了一种护套—芯棒压剪试验方法,通过检测护套与芯棒的界面粘接强度对界面粘接性进行评判。对3支运行复合绝缘子不同位置的试样分别进行护套—芯棒压剪试验和解剖试验,结果表明护套—芯棒压剪试验可以有效检测护套与芯棒界面的粘接性。进一步研究护套与芯棒界面质量的检测方法,对水煮后的带护套芯棒试样先后进行改进的水扩散试验和护套—芯棒压剪试验,结果表明界面泄漏电流值和界面粘接强度,可以分别反映护套与芯棒界面的缺陷和粘接性。研究说明结合改进的水扩散试验方法与护套 ...
