Effect of the shape of boundary wall on the distribution of two-dimensional granular flow in an inclined channel(边界形状对二维斜面颗粒流的影响)

用实验方法研究了不同边界形状下二维斜面颗粒流在通道中的分布.结果表明,边界形状对二维斜面颗粒流有重要影响,粗糙边界条件下,颗粒流量密度在通道中横向呈对称马鞍型分布,且峰值位置与边界形状有关.对锯齿形边界,颗粒流量密度的峰值位置随斜面倾角(sinθ)的增大往中心区域移动,墙体附近20〜30 d(d为颗粒直径)区域内颗粒流量密度随斜面倾角的变化呈指数衰减,衰减指数在2〜3之间;对于半圆形边界,峰值位置始终出现在墙体附近20〜30 d区域内,并且此区域内的颗粒流量密度随斜面倾角(sinθ)基本呈线性变化.

真空紫外光直接光化学汽相沉积SiO2界面特性的研究

通过MOS结构C-V特性曲线和C-V特性滞后曲线,对不同淀积条件下的SiO2-Si界面特性进行了研究,并与热氧化法和PECVD法生长的SiO2腹界面进行了比较.结果表明:在不同工艺条件下,其界面电荷密度有所不同,与热氧化生长膜的界面电荷密度相近,比PECVD膜的界面电荷密度稍低,且其界面基本上呈现负电荷中心.根据俄联电子能谱的结果,对其界面负电荷的形成作了定性的解释.
