, 2017 目的探讨我院自制关节扭挫伤熏洗剂治疗腕关节扭挫伤的临床疗效。方法将120例腕关节扭挫伤的患者按照门诊号随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用关节扭挫伤熏洗剂治疗,治疗7d后用自拟疗效标准评价两组疗效。结果中药熏洗组治愈率96.7%,显效率1.7%,有效率1.7%,无效率0%;优于常规对照组的治愈率56.7%,显效率21.6%,有效率20.0%,无效率1.7%。结论关节扭挫伤洗剂治疗腕关节扭挫伤能更好缓解腕关节疼痛,改善腕关节功能 ...
