NRZ码在无线通讯系统中广泛应用,一旦无线通讯系统中 NRZ码波形发生畸变,会引起码间串扰、信号抖动、功率谱密度变化等现象,将导致误码率升高、传输速率降低、信号衰减、通信中断等系统性负面效应,对系统传输质量带来严重的影响。本论文通过全面深入 NRZ码波形畸变因素从多维度提出相应的技术解决方案,旨在为我国无线通讯行业解决 NRZ码波形畸变相关技术难题,提升无线通讯系统可靠性提供一定的借鉴意义。

技术消解、心理畸变和个体化重建:论表达自由的数字困境

人文与社会科学学刊
本研究基于数字时代技术变革背景,通过思想史梳理、法律解释方法与理论分析法,探讨传统表达自由理论在物联网、算法平台等新技术环境中的演变与困境。研究指出,传统“免于控制”的自由观因技术对空间、行为与权利边界的三重消解而陷入失灵,表现为监控资本主义对私域的穿透、行为数据的被迫征用及沉默权的消亡。研究进一步揭示技术控制导致自由心理发生畸变,引发寒蝉效应升级与自由意志侵蚀。最终提出,互联网表达自由的健康发展需建立以个体专业主义为核心的新范式,通过强化认知责任、对话伦理与公共理性,构建真正理性的数字交往空间。
