, 2016 背景 肺癌是目前全世界范围内发病率和死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤之一。按组织学分类，肺癌可以分为两大类：小细胞肺癌（smallcelllungcancer，SCLC）和非小细胞肺癌（nonsmallcelllungcancer，NSCLC），小细胞肺癌占所有病例的20%，其余80%左右为NSCLC，包括鳞癌、腺癌、大细胞癌等类型。手术、放疗以及化疗等多学科综合治疗是指南推荐的NSCLC的首选治疗方式。由于NSCLC早期的典型临床症状和体征并不明显，约2/3的NSCLC患者在确诊时已发展为中晚期，失去手术根治机会。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2006 目的探讨尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床应用价值。方法对112例下肢深静脉血栓形成病例应用尿激酶进行溶栓降纤治疗,以彩色多普勒超声检查确定疗效,严密监测凝血功能及时调整药物剂量。结果临床治愈68例,有效37例,无效7例,有效率93.8%。结论尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效肯定,可以作为临床首选治疗方法。
