野生动物学报, 2022 为进一步提高野生动物疫情监测、病原检测鉴定和应急防控的时效性,建立了对鸟类拭子样品直接进行禽流感病毒(Avian influenza virus,AIV)核酸检测鉴定的二次PCR方法。对比试验结果显示,该方法可行性较高,具有与实时荧光定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR,qPCR)方法等同的特异性和敏感性。禽流感病毒核酸二次PCR检测方法的建立,有利于基层监测单位在缺乏病毒分离技术和qPCR等实验条件的情况下,利用现有条件,就近、及时地开展野鸟样品的禽流感病毒检测工作。
