Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 近年来,高龄患者髋关节手术的围术期疼痛管理受到了越来越多的关注。髋关节的神经支配丰富,骨折和手术引发的疼痛较为严重,如何为患有合并症的高龄患者实施安全而有效的镇痛是一种挑战。区域阻滞具有缓解疼痛、麻醉效果优良、血流动力学稳定等优势[1],因此被广泛推荐应用于此类手术的麻醉与镇痛。最新报导的囊周神经阻滞是一种可以阻滞股神经、闭孔神经的感觉分支,用于髋部手术镇痛的新型区域阻滞技术。尽管已有报道表明其临床效果,但有效性、安全性及对运动的影响方面仍在研究中[2-3]。
